Terms of the promotion

1. Event organizer
The event organizer is Inove s.r.o., the operator of the Speybl application.
2. Event duration
The marketing campaign is not yet time-limited. The organizer reserves the right to end it at any time.
3. Event participants
The campaign is intended only for:
- New clients who register for the Speybl application and are startups.
- A new client is a user who has not yet created an account in the Speybl application.
4. Conditions for obtaining a 50% discount
In order for the participant to receive a 50% discount on the first annual payment,
- They must register for the Speybl application during the promotion period.
- They must write to sales@speybl.com
- They must qualify as a startup
5. Who is a startup?
For the purposes of this promotion, a startup is a company that:
- Was founded less than 5 years ago
- The company has/is coming to the market with an innovative product/service
6. Other conditions
- This marketing promotion is intended exclusively for the personal use of clients and credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another user.
- The organizer reserves the right to determine whether or not a company is a startup. - The organizer reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the event at any time without giving a reason. In the event of a change in the terms and conditions, information will be published on the Speybl website.
