Yes. Speybl is a good fit for companies of all sizes — from smaller teams to larger companies. It scales with you: switch on just the modules you need and add more whenever you need them.

Speybl is used by companies from roughly twenty employees up to organisations of several hundred. The system is the same in all of them — what differs is the scope of the setup and how long the rollout takes. A simpler company is live within hours; a larger organisation with several sites or countries takes weeks. What decides is not headcount, but how much time the admin around those people takes today and who does it. A company of a hundred people with two overloaded HR staff gets more out of it than a company of a hundred people with a full HR department.

Standard handles order in HR data — records, onboarding, documents, attendance, hiring. Premium adds the AI layer — performance reviews, document generation, candidate matching, deadline tracking, and advanced integrations. Standard is enough for companies that want to replace Excel. Premium makes sense once you want to interpret your data as well as store it.

You either move to a paid plan, or the trial expires and you lose access. We will never automatically charge you without your consent. Before the trial ends, we'll reach out with an offer and a summary of how you used Speybl.

The most common tools are included in Standard. Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other international tools run in Premium. Custom integrations (internal CRM, specialized systems) are handled on request — write to us about what you need.
